Which model? Because I've got a Revenger-7 (basswood, the cheapest 7-string they ever made) and it definitely doesn't feel like plywood.

Well, you must have gotten a bad one because I've heard great reviews of those. What are you comparing it to?

So you didn't like it because it was light? So what? Lots of high-end Ibanezes are light too.

sorry... i just didn't like it.

if you handed it to me blindfolded i'd say it was a slapped together, korean factory job weighing in at around $350.

frets buzzed, bad action, it felt like ass, i mean ash.

next time i go to guitar center i'll bring a notepad so i can takes notes and hand you my official review.

Look, you don't need to be so hostile about it.

1) Depending on where you tried it, most guitar stores do a terrible terrible job keeping their guitars set up and playing well. I've played high-end Ibanezes that were set up so bad I would have thought exactly what you just said.

2) What's wrong with ash?

Do you guys think that the Schecter Diamond Series guitar endorsees actually play Diamond Series guitars? I kinda doubt it and would think that they're instead playing LA custom shop stuff with the Diamond Series logo...

I think you guys have to agree to disagree, skattabrain clearly did not like the guitar, and there is no point trying to prove him wrong or right. I played a C1 plus at some point and wasn't all that impressed either. I'd still like to check out that chambered C1...

I have no problem with him not liking the guitar. I had a problem with his hostility and elitist attitude.

Well, you'll find pretty quick around here that if you come right out and insult something flat out you'll anger someone pretty quick (and it's not alwasy me )

That's almost a step too far. You made some wild claims (i.e. go against everything I've ever heard/experienced) and I asked why you felt that way, which you supported with more wild claims (i.e. for some reason implying ash is an inferior wood). I never took it personally, I was just informing you that the sort of comments you were making usually don't hold up to well in this forum.
