7 String Single Coils

I've been shopping 'round for 7 string single coils. *The only ones I've found were at Warmoth, made by Anderson. *Well, now that I'm ready to buy, Warmoth sells Duncans and the Andersons are no where to be seen.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks a bunch...

Hi,

I don't know where you could find some pics of the Andersons. The Duncan 7-string singlecoils are all custom made, so no pics either. However look at Rio Grande pickups at http://www.riograndepickups.com/

Good luck!

Thanks! *That was helpful. *I've been using Texas Specials on my Strat and I like the way they sound. *Maybe these Muy Grande's are in the ballpark. *I'm going to keep poking around a bit, but those Grande's are on the top of the list right now. *

Thanks, again...

YOu might want to try. Seymore duncan they are really good. Depending what you want. They even have a jazz single coil. Persoanally thats what id use a 7 string for as well as all the metal.
