7 string sustainer

i haven't been able to find one, but do they exist?

They do. Fernandes made a very limited number of 7's that were outfitted with sustainers- I've seen quite a few on the bay, sustainer removed, though. As far as Sustainiacs go, I think they used to make them, but not anymore (no evidence of it on their site). Might not hurt to shoot them an email to see if it's doable, though.

Sustainiac used to make them but due to the low demand and high cost for building them they stop the production.

I remember that when i got my sustianiac for my rg 6 string those seven strings sustainers where just $50 more than a regular 6 string.

Lets hope 7 string sustainers be available in the future.

I spoke to Fernandes in Japan a while ago about the 7-string sustainer kits and they stopped producing them because:

A: the 7 string market is small &
B: the market for a 7 string sustainer is waaaaaaaaaayyy too small

Yep, sustainiac custom order/manufacture them, or alternativly find a Fernandes 7 string with sus', discontinued now so cheap; gut it and sell whats left; nice guitars though with S/Ds!

Actually I'm sure I have a sustainer 7 kit in our gear store somewhere.
