You can if it's a hard tail, if you have a trem, you'll have to wait.

I wasn't even thinking of hard tailed 7's, my bad!

The 7 string system I found on graphtech was for a wilkinson trem, it didnt seem like graphtec had any hardtail sevens in stock.

If you call them up they can put together a 7 string set for you. The folks at Graphtech are really easy to deal with.

The "give us a call, we'll work with you" is in their FAQ, in answer to a "I have a 7 string, do I need to buy two 6 string sets?".
