Question

advice, help needed!!!!!

HI guys, I need some advice.

I have got an offer to trade my Jem7VWH 2001 model (ebony + lo-pro)

for an Ibanez J Custom 7CST

I know it was very limited run, double dege lo-pro seven bridge with piezzo system, ebony fingerboard...

Would you trade it????

or how much would you pay for a 7CST without a trade????

Thanks!

If you ask me, I'd trade it in a second. That's actually quite an extremely beneficial trade for you.

Re: advice, help needed!!!!!

Oh heck yeah, if it was a straight up trade I'd do it simply for the monetary value and get another 7VWH down the road. I'd think 2500 would be a reasonable price for a 7CST, but I may be guessing low on that price; they may fetch 3000 or more. There aren't very many of them as you've noted, so the market shifts with every sale.
I personally wouldn't pay the premium the 7CST commands over a 2027, but a collector or someone J-Custom minded certainly would. If youcan swap straight up, I think you'd be foolish not to unless you have one of those once-in-a-lifetime relationships with your 7VWH. If that's the case, you need to keep the Jem. If it's simply great, take her pic and kiss her good bye

I'm quite surprised that he didn't ask for extra considering the 7CST's rarity.

As a person who has been drooling over a 7CST for a while now, GET IT!

In Hungary, the Jem 7vWh is rare as well.It is not the US that every 5th guitarist could buy one.

Well, the 7CST is rare throughout the whole world. You can get 7VWH from the US without much difficulty.

Why don't you meet up with the fellow so you both can try out each other's guitar, and see how much you like the CST.
