AF207. . . - amazing contrast in 7 strings (w/ standard scal

i have only seen one review of the af207, and it sounds like a good guitar... *other than that, i haven't seen or heard anything about it, other than the fact that it exists and its supposedly ultra high quality, *as in only someone who's been playing on jazz boxes for 20 years will be able to realy appreciate it... *i guess what i'm getting at is i'm realy glad to see it staying in the lineup, as well as the UV. *hopefully they'll both be around for 20 more years so i can work my way up to it

right below the UV and the AF207, there's the K7, followed by the rg7420... *does anyone else see a gap there? *i guess the market for a 7 string is just realy weird that way... *

has anyone else out there tried the AF207?

btw: i'm hoping the absense of the aj307 in the current lineup means they're developing a higher quality acoustic 7...

I see a HUGE gap but apparently ibanez USA sales reps do not. The 7420 needs to get the Edge7 asap from a player perspective. Next up a hardtail 7 with some options between the price of the K7 and cheapie RG7s. *To answer your question, I have not played nor seen first hand the AF207... glen

you got me hooked on the idea of a hardtail saber 7, glen. *it seems like it would be the best injection of variety to the ibanez 7's... * basicaly from looking at the body styles currently available, you can have either a jazz box, a super strat, or a flat top artist... *
maybe if we all think S7620 and S7621 hard enough, it'll come true... *
