And then there were 7 - A Newbie here, now who makes strings

Hi, I just traded my trusty old Jem 77 FP for a UV777BK and I have been in love with it for the 4 hours that I have owned it so far! *I find it fun to slap and pop and be a pseudo-bass player. *

Anyhoo, *I usually use D'addario XL's (009's) on my 6 strings and am not a big experimenter of string types. *I went to their web site and it looks like they only make a set of XL's in the 010 gague set. *

Has anyone ever found a set of D'addario XL in 009's for the 7 string, or do I have to find a new brand?

thanks

D'Addario does make a 7 string set in .9's. They are at the GC I go to. Dont know why their not on the website but...I know they exist.

Ahh, thanks, I guess I'll go into the Analog store instead of the digital (online) ones. *
