Any Schecter 7 string owners? PLEASE HELP!!!!

Okay, maybe this should go in the electronics section, but i figured it would get more response here...
I'm having some MAJOR problems rewiring my Scecter C-7.... i let some local tech rewire after i repainted it, and he botched the job, so i'm trying to do it myself. The guitar has two Duncan Design humbuckers wired to a Les Paul-style 3-way toggle switch. I've used the official Duncan wiring diagrams, and the guitar just doesn't work! I'm getting rather frustrated. What i need is for someone with a Schecter 7 string with two humbuckers to explain to me in detail what is going on in their control cavity. Please speak in layman terms, i'm not hip on electronics lingo...
ANY help is appreciated!!! Please respond ASAP, i miss my guitar!
Ben

If your repair guy is certified, your guitar should still be under Schecter's limited lifetime warranty. So, if it's a bad switch or whatever, you can probably get a replacement by mailing in the old one. Unless you don't trust the repair guy, I'd take it back to him and tell him what's wrong. He'll take care of it for you, because he wants repeat business.

If you've already decided for sure to do it yourself, you'll have to just keep trying until you get it. I would have the moderator move this to the pickups/wiring part of the forum, though. There are a couple of guys that browse it who really know what they're doing.

I'd help ya, but I'm only beginning to understand guitar electronics.

You'll probably get much better responses over in the pickups/wiring section.
