Cool

Curious about my old Schecter Jazz 7 - thoughts?

I've had a Schecter Jazz 7 for several years, but I haven't played it very often. It's in like new condition, and it is the red hollowbody design that is BEAUTIFUL (that's one of the reasons why I've never parted with it - it's such a sharp looking guitar and it sounds good, too).

Anybody have any comments on this guitar? I don't even know what it's worth now in case I would think about selling or trading it, but I'm curious to have your thoughts on it.

Thanks!

Barry

I'm very interested in your schecter jazz-7, always wanted to try one. If it is still available would you consider an offer of US$300.00 (plus postage of course).

The Jazz-7 would include the original black hard shell case that still looks very new, too.

I think I actually left the plastic on the pickguard if I'm not mistaken, so it probably looks unworn as well, and it is a beautiful guitar.

Sounds good to me, and at my age (72, but my Wii age is 38 if you believe that!) I'm not looking to wow the chicks, so the condition sounds fine to me. As I'm in Victoria, B.C. (Canada) and you appear to be in Carolina? I doubt I'll be dropping in on you anytime soon, so how would you suggest we could conduct the transaction? How about a 'phone call for a start? My 'phone # is 250-652-8268.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Pat. D.

The call sounds like a good idea. I am running around a good bit until Saturday, so how about if I try to call you then? I'm in the Eastern Time Zone - how about you?

Saturday is fine but we play a 2-hour lunchtime gig so anytime after 3pm Pacific time (6pm for you?) will work. Of course you can always just leave your number and I'll call back at your convenience (and save you a buck or two).

'Til then,

Pat. D.

Sorrreeeeee! Bet I gave you the wrong 'phone #...typical part of getting old. I am also off to church as of 10 minutes ago. I'll be in touch when I get back and have time to gather my wits and red your e-mail properly. (I read my e-mails once in a blue moon) Must rush.

Re: Curious about my old Schecter Jazz 7 - thoughts?

Finally I have pictures (hopefully they are attached here correctly) of my beautiful Jazz-7. The wrinkles on the pick guard are on the plastic sheet that was attached to the pick guard at the factory. I've just never taken it off so it would stay in immaculate condition!

Attached is a guitar synthesizer pickup that is NOT included in the sale. I'd sell it and the synthesizer itself for an additional $150.

Glad to know you're a churchgoer, too! No problem at all. Hopefully the pictures are up and you can see them well, and you can see, too, that the guitar synthesizer pickup is still attached to the guitar... it isn't included, but if you want it and the synthesizer unit, I'll sell it along with the guitar and case for $525 plus shipping.

Nice talking to you, gotta love that accent (What accent?) and pleased we clinched the deal. Finally saw the pictures and she's a nice machine, but amazed you had exactly the same synth. pick-up as me! Small world. Don't worry about marks or anything as I'll be fitting mine in the same place! Best of luck on Wed.

Loved your accent, too! Thanks very much for calling. I just sent an email to you a few minutes ago, and if you don't mind replying with your address, I'll find out about the shipping.
