Very Nice!

I'm particularly taken with the colour, and is it the pic, but does that action look sickeningly low

looks even better in person. Nicely done axe... glen

Hmm.....I'm not sure if I like the sparkly blue sides though. They're not that bad but black would look better. And that action looks so low that the strings are resting on the frets!!! Like the maple board, but this particular guitar would look better with a green inlay of some sort. The sides would even match if it had blue inlays instead of nothing. But overall a nice guitar!!

Head also had a model with that type of burst, though I'm not sure of the colors because the picture I saw was in black & white. Hey thats it, how bout an Ibanez rg7620 burst? On the other hand I like the colors he used and a maple neck would be sweet. I SAY GIVE THAT MAN A SIG. MODEL!!!

well, it appears as though im alone in my opinion -- but i think its quite ugly: * it looks like a bad piece of hard candy, the hardware color looks funny with the burst colors, the lack of inlay on a maple board is boring, and the sparkles have to go no matter what color the thing is. *the only cool points that are earned by this guitar, in my humble opinion, is the fact that its a custom.

I like it but i think they should have extended the burst to the headstock that stark black looks funky.

i'm not usually into colorful guitars but that is one badass guitar. i especially like that there are no inlays on the fretboard and that the burst is on the back too.

Head's guitar is a burst from grey to a dark blue almost black on the sides. Its more of a burst than that one. I was actually hopeing that the K-7 would be a burst like Head's, but no luck here.
Im not a big fan of this guitar, but I do like a good Maple fretboard when I see one.

Shawn- I'll back ya on this one.

I've seen better UCEW's! *(LOL- right at Glen!). *Green and blue burst together? *Wow....
The only redeeming quality is the fret-marker-free all maple neck. *Yummy.

For a badasss custom 7-string, check out Rob Balducci's BAL-7. *
It's on www.robbalducci.com.

In the end, I'm proud of Dave. *He's come a long frickin' way.

I like it, and yes, the action does look EXTREMELY low. *Although, I've never much liked the look of maple fretboards, and think it would look better in rosewood or ebony. *But y'know, custom guitar, his choice, right? *We can't criticize him for his tastes. *
