EB/MM Petrucci with Piezo for $1000

Someone scored big time. This sold for $1000 on ****. I seriously considered it, but the sparkle finish is just a bit much for the places I play. Killer guitar though.

I was very impressed with the EB/MM JP 6-string i played a while back. It was totally stripped down, basic black, and had the most resonant body i've ever heard on a solidbody. I found the neck on the 6-string to be a wee bit too narrow, but i suspect the 7-string would be quite nice.

Too bad that sparkly one doesn't have a matching headstock. Naked headstocks only look right to me when the body is also natural.

WOW!!! 5 months too late I would have jumped on that. Jim with your playing you can pull any look off trust me. You would start a new standard

I think that sparkle finish is definitely "lounge jazz" but maybe more in a Liberace kinda way than a smoky-dark-jazz-lounge kinda way.

You could always accessorize it witha feather boa.

Aw come one Jim, you need something to spice up your look! I agree with Darren, the feather boa would do nicely.

it's a good guitar, and it all
comes down to how you use it, doesn't it?

Hardly...I look for about 40% looks, 60% playability.

It'd look great with a huge fluffy pink strap. In the hands of Vai when he posed in that cool lime green pimpjacket.
