this is definately possible- the stock switch in the 2027 is a 24
pole switch, which gives you insane amounts of flexibility in designing a switching scheme.
how to do it is another question. you say "tapped," but do you want the coil toward the bridge or the coil toward the neck? i would recommend you sit down with pencil and paper and design the entire scheme out.
you will need to know which wires on the Duncan go to which coils, and which of those two is "start" and "finish." my notes say Green-->Red in the screw head pole piece coil, and Black-->White in the slug pole piece coil. since both pickups are Duncan, the magnet poles of each coil and the winding direction [clockwise or counterclockwise] are the same and shouldn't matter. you get a "humbucking" or hum canceling pair when the winding direction and the magnet polarities on 2 coils are both opposite.
if you design it out, you can figure out which wires to have connected or not connected in each of the five switch positions. then you figure out how to have the switch do it, and you're set. some trial and error is often necessary even after the best designs - plug the guitar in and tap on the pickups with a screwdriver to see if the right coils are on.
if all that sounds insanely confusing, you might want to have someone else design the wiring for you, but once you understand how humbuckers and coil cut combinations work, you can design most any combination.
