Great quality 7-string!

Just in case you haven't heard about this seller before, they make extremely high quality guitars for a low price(the "Agile's" are best). They recently produced a fantastic 7-string, for only $400 bucks. I don't have one, but my friend does and i played his for about 30 minutes, and its just wonderful. The trem stays in tune(which, feels and looks very close to an edge pro), sounds great, looks stunning, I think i might buy one for myself!

Great small company, they always respond to emails shortly and ship very fast!

Regards, Andy

Interesting...

Yet I have one question to ask.

What's the name of the seller and company?

Re: Great quality 7-string!

go to rondomusic.net and new itrems/specials. It's at the bottom of the page. There is a thread started at sevenstring.org about them. The guy who sells them is the one who started the thread.

Re: Great quality 7-string!

Wow, nice!

If they had just put some inlays then it would've been really cool.

Where is it made? Those specs seem to be usually on Japanese axes, but I doubt it's made there.

Re: Great quality 7-string!

Made in China as far as I know. I have one of their basses and its made in china. It is a licensed FR, and from pastt experiences, I can vouche for them being absolute sh#t. My friend bought a cheap guitar with one on it and instead of saying "Licensed under Floyd Rose Patent" it said "Licensed under Floyd Rdse Patent" It was horribly bad aswell, not saying these are, but just keep that in mind when you look at the price tag.

Looks quality but has anyone heard/seen/played one?

I might look into buying one just to tune down for Meshuggah

Re: Great quality 7-string!

A production guitar with no inlays? Huge amounts of plus points. That shows that they're not retarded, at least.

However,
I'm sceptical as to the quality of this thing. And the neck thickness = no-buy.

Re: Great quality 7-string!

For that price I'd get a new neck and bridge altogether. As Andre said, it looks like a good guitar to mod.

Re: Great quality 7-string!

So you'd pay $400 for a body like that (those pickups need to be swapped as well)? I wouldn't.

Re: Great quality 7-string!

When i said they make quality guitars, i wasn't lying. I have a bass, strat, and an Agile les paul from them(before gibson sued them and made them change the horn). They are all fantastic for the price. Don't let the price fool you, becuase i didn't. Just look up some reviews and you'll discover they truley are great guitars!

Re: Great quality 7-string!

But aren't the pickups DiMarzios? If not, then I'd avoid the whole guitar altogether.
