Ibanez RG 7621!

I have never played one, I currently own an Ibanez RG 7321 that I had Dimarzio Evo7s installed in.
(both the 7621 and the 7321 have fixed bridges)

How diffrent are the 2 of them?
What am I in for?
Any opinions on the 7621?

The 7621 is overall better quality hardware and is built better. It doesn't have a bound fretboard like the 7321, and I think the neck is thinner than the 7321's. The pickups and bridge are different (I'd say better, but it's probably a subjective thing). If you replaced the pickups in your 7321, you might want to in the 7621 as well, but maybe not.

I guess my main concern is playabilty. How is that compaired to the 7321?

Totally subjective, but most people prefer the neck on the 7621. Other than that, the bodies are exactly the same shape and size, the bridge is slightly different, everything else is in the exact same place. The neck is the only major difference in feel.

We had a 7321 at work. I was actually quite impressed with it. Being korean made the quality isnt quite what a 7621 is, but its still a very nice guitar. I Almost bought one myself/.
