Is there a Ibanez 7 string with a G2K pickup or with a Piezo pickup?

Not that I've ever heard. I've heard of Conklin 7's with MIDI and/or RMC style hex pickups, but I've never heard of an Ibanez MIDI/Roland type 7.

There are some big-time issues that crop up when trying to adapt those systems to 7 strings. I did some pretty extensive research on it. Talked to the guys at Roland and RMC quite a bit, as well as Graphtech. Probably not something Ibanez would tackle, but ya never know I guess.

Piezo, yes. The RG2027 and RG2127 (there may have been one or two more, can't remember, J-customs I believe). All no longer available in North America.

Duh! Lol... and I own a RG2027! How'd I miss the piezo part? Yes, Two Hands is right. The RG2027 and the Japanese-available (maybe Europe?) RG2127, which was a 2027 basically with a matte black finish instead of the Vintage Violin.

There was also the ultra-rare RG7-CST, also known as the RG7-PB1VV. I think the only Ibanez piezo 7's.
