If you have a broken one then you can return it and get a new one otherwise you can't. If you want one you'll need to go the custom shop route or get a used one. Try taking to Christopher Woods or Legacy One (banner above) they make 7 string necks.

The 400 sounds very familiar, not sure if that was out of warranty or for another tyope of neck (like a Jem neck, possibly). Cheaoer to get a custom or one out of the bay. Or get a UV neck from Rich.

99% sure it's $400 if you return the defective or broken neck. Without a neck to return, they won't sell you one.

i knew that already and that seems fair enough

but $400 is a bit much when you consider people aren't even meant to make custom necks for ibanez guitars so therefore your guitar is useless if you break the neck. i think they should charge 200-300 depending what guitar it is.

Re: Ibanez 7 string necks

Is there some reason the parts that make a guitar should be cheaper than the guitar as a whole? An 06' VWH neck List Price is $905.20. That is right on the money [if not under it] for a guitar that Lists at $2800.
