its feel not so tight


i start to play my 7 string rg guitar today and its great ....

i got some q if you be so kind to halp me :

the 7th string the low b is a bit lose from the others .....what should i do ?

replace it ?

difrent gauge ?

i play with the factory strings right now ..... i think its 09 - 42 and 46 (7)
i think
i know its a ****y set up and im going to replace it for 10 - 56
you think its going to fix it ?

Standard low B for a 9 set is a .54.

lose string


thanks man ...... i dont think its what i got on my guitar but maybe you right ....

im still dont know what to do about the lose string
i red somwere around here i think that its bec of the scale (25 1\2 ) insted of 27.....

but my q is if i change the gauge set up on all stings the lose problem gone?

what gauge will be tighter .... thin ot more havey ?

If you want more tension go to a 10-7 set, you'll get plenty of extra tension

Heavier gauge of string will be tighter. I had a 46 on my 7-string and it was REALLY loose, but when I put a 54 on the B, it was perfect with my set of 9s.

i order the dean markley korn 7 string signature packs 10 -60

so i think it will do the trick !

right?
