I do like those H-207s... nearly bought one in trans black. I just don't like the block inlays.

Sweet trio of 7s!

Wow, I never noticed before how similar the Schecter C-7 and LTD H-207 are

First thing i noticed was the small forearm contour on the ibanez? Is it just me or IS it really smaller? Custom body? I would love to have that, also dig the petrucci graphix. Cool axe!!!

I think thats just the light reflecting off of it at an angle that makes it look smaller. I think its a standard 7620, with Petrucci Graphics added.

Although the ESP has far better access to the higher frets.

Well considering ESP and Schecter are owned by the same parent company, and both those guitar were made in the same factory by the same people......

Any info on that? I've heard that a few times, but never seen it actually confirmed. (not doubting you, just curious)

'Nez is indeed a 7620, btw.

So it really was my imagination I really don't like the forearm contours. Don't why...

But the Petrucci graphics, are they from universal jems? And did you do that yourself. I'd guess it's a *##@@* lot of work. But it looks nice to me.

Yep, that's the UJ kit.

Getting it to look good takes about 2 hours or so. The stuff's mighty thin and really.. floppy.. so it takes some finesse to get it to look good. Plus the kits are for 6 strings, so you can see where, for example, I had to chop off the chin of the picasso face under the neck pickup to get it to fit correctly around the wider sevenstring pickup slots.

I had it clearcoated about a month ago so it's completely flush now. Looks great, total cost about $100 including labor from a local woodworking shop.

Hehe I don't blame you.. I knew this years ago though, from a Schecter rep.. The manufacturing is common knowledge in the guitar sales industry, there are only so many factories over there.
