UPS tracking info.

[from UPS]

May 9, 2003 8:56 P.M. STAFFORD, TX, US RECEIVER NOT IN ON 1ST DELIVERY ATTEMPT
6:10 A.M. STAFFORD, TX, US OUT FOR DELIVERY
6:09 A.M. STAFFORD, TX, US ARRIVAL SCAN
5:18 A.M. HOUSTON, TX, US DEPARTURE SCAN
3:22 A.M. HOUSTON, TX, US ARRIVAL SCAN

{/from UPS]

I was here all night, so was my aunt. Didnt goto sleep till about midnight. And they never left a note on the door or anythin to say they have delivered anything.

Just called and they said UPS are not opened on weekends, so I cant even go pick it up. Next delivery is scheduled on Monday.

After:

1. Broken Trem on my 570FM, and big dent in the case.
2. Lost RG570 (Insured for $800, which they claim they have 6 month to find or pay up)
3. Next delivery of a cell phone to replace my broken one (Which I got after 2 weeks because they lost)
4. Ibanez 520, 2 days late, also with delivery attempted notices hen no one ever came to the door)

I believe I will specify no Brown anymore no matter who I order it from.

And I never have a problem with Brown, and ship well over 200 packages a year with them

What you got was the overloaded Friday driver. They can't return to the depot unless they've atleaqst made an attempt to deliver every package, so it's quite common to get the fake "Nobody home" excuse.

I have had 5 deliveries by UPS in the past 6 month. Only the George Foreman grill(sucks and not Brown's fault) came on time. The other 4 items are all listed. Not sure If I need to move into a better neighborhood or what. But 4 out of 5 items messed up is not acceptable.

I've never had anything lost [knock wood]. I've never had anything damaged [that I packed, knock wood] and even though I've gotten the "nobody home" excuse I understand it, and since nothing is so time sensitive a day makes a difference....
