K-7 - Has anyone tried it yet?

I was wondering how it sounds and how the neck feels.

Yeah, I was curious about the neck too. *What's it like, JEM-ish? *Wizard-y? *Just curious. *Cuz' I'm in the market for a 7-string (some day) and I'm curious to know what's out there.

Rather than starting a new thread I thought I would bring this back to the top, but the question remains.

Disregard, my email alert topic heading was 2027 Nobody's played one unless they did at NAMM. They aren't expected in country for another few weeks.

The neck is supposed to be the same as the UV/RG line, isn't it? I believe that's what I read in the 2001 Ibanez catalogue. (Please correct me if I'm wrong).

I really with that inlay would just disapear, it does have potential to be a nice guitar. And if the XL's weren't XL's, and really just RG7 Prestige's, it'd be even better....dear oh dear, Ibanez needs a public welcomed custom shop...

The universe and wizard necks are definately different, the wizard is a bit thinner.

Nope, the Wizard, UV, and K-7 necks are all different. *I just wanna know what the K-7's like, y'know feel? *Just like the 6-string Wizard, Ultra, and JEM are different. *Or, if you really wanna dive deep into it, like everyone's hands are different. *At the risk of sounding any more philosophical, I'm gonna stop typing now. lol

I have a feeling it will be more of a uv type neck rather than the wizard7.
