Locking stud

What year did Ibanez stop using the locking studs? I want to know if a 2000 guitar I will buy will need the Harris mod.

locking studs were used up till 2003 when edge pro came out. however, i know there were a lot of problems with the locking studs circa that time period. they weren't shaped correctly. But that could possibly only be on the 3120s from 2001. Rich (and i'm sure many others) would know far better than I

oh last thing.
it doesn't have strap pins?

It should have strap pins, unless the previous owner removed them (most probably to fit a Dimarzio Cliplock strap...)
