Locking tuners for 7-stringer ?

Hiya,
I'm wondering do they make locking tuners for seven stringers ? Or do you have to order ordinary 6+1 and then drill the hole bigger for that b-string ?
I tried to find them on the net, but didn't find any set that had 7 tuners. Thanks in advance.

Re: Locking tuners for 7-stringer ?

I've got Schaller locking tuners on one of my guitars, and the B string fits through the hole ok, although I wouldn't want to go much heavier than a .56 for the B string. I don't know anyone that makes a 7-string locking set.

Darren once posted a place that sold single tuners, but I don't remember the name of the place now.

The place I bought from (in the UK), I got a set of 6 and then 1 extra (I didn't have to buy 2 lots of six).

Most tuners are too tight for heavier strings but you can drill them out fairly easily.

WD sells single tuners, but the locking Grover mini rotomatics won't take a very heavy string. Probably .060 at most.

Re: Locking tuners for 7-stringer ?

Thanks guys. I kinda thought so too. I'm thinking 56 is the thickest one can put on those locking tuners...Reason for this is that I changed the strings to my new 7621 and it's too much work Gotten used to my Esp's locking tuners, changing strings is so easy and fast.
