Man..I'm glad I bought my 1527 early last Year

Have you guys check out the prices on the RG1527? I got mine for $525 new w/ shipping ,and now ********.com has them for almost $900. What's going on? I mean I knew Ibanez was increasing the prices but this much?

I think I paid about $575 for mine. Not entirely sure, since my parents paid for much of it. I got the UV1000 case too, which is nice. The cost increase is probably because of the conversion rate between the yen and dollar. Either that, or it's a typo.

EDIT on Music!23 all of the Japanese guitars are considerably higher.

Today at least there are a couple of places selling them for $599 on the net. It's giving me GAS!

Well, if you go to Altavista and just search on RG1527, you'll find one much cheaper than that pretty quickly.
