My Ran Invader
Hey all, glad to join the jemsite ranks...here are a few pics of my Ran.
Soon enough the EMG will be coming out and a lundgren will be going in. Also going to have a
string tree
installed and possibly a zero-fret.
Sorry to rape those with low bandwidth btw...

It's like, "how much more black can you get?" and the answer is none, none more black. I assume you got that for your Coldplay tribute band.

Just out of intrest why would you have a zero fret installed, and is that even possible?

Re: My Ran Invader
I have been into Ran for the last year or so now, they do make some brutal guitars. And yours is amazing again. The construction and build quality seem excellent whenever I see them. Their super-strat types look pretty cool too as well.
They pop-up on E-Bay UK every now an again.

Re: My Ran Invader
I like it, but why didn't you just get the Lundgren in the first place? You're going to be left with a dirty big route from that EMG.

Re: My Ran Invader
Hi. I'm from Poland I've played a lot of Rans- I personally don't like it- I'm into Strat/ LP/ PRS type of sound, but they will make a
custom shop
instrument for the serious metaller and shredder for the cost lower than of
production model
jackson or bc rich counterparts. Get em while they are cheap. And they were a lot cheaper
(40% - two or three years ago, when they didn't enter worldwide market)

I didn't know about the lundgren back then unfortunately. You really think there will be a big nasty route spot? I was told I would have to route more to make a ludgren fit.

That's a pity. Yeah, you'll have a huge route. The Lundgrens are the same size as DiMarzios.
Still, I've got a Lundgren and it sounds absolutely phenominal, so it's well worth it, even if you do have a big route.

I'm jealous of you. I've been wanting a Ran for nearly a year now.
