that's beautiful.

I really think now that my next guitar's going to be a carvin, i tried out a DC727 last time i went to LA, dragonburst finish with mahogany body and neck, and an ebony board, i was in love. I'm going back to LA in a couple weeks, and i'm definetly going to spend some more time in the carvin store this time around.

Congratulations on a truly beautiful instrument.

Very cool!

That guitar has more pickup pole pieces than a containerload of Strats!

Mahogany body and neck should make for a very fat sounding seven string - congrats indeed!

Looks sweet hows the neck? I was in SD a few weeks ago but I didn't have a chance to go check any Carvins out.

Wow, i really love the look of the Carvins.

How much did it cost from the US if you dont mind me asking.

Was it bought new or did you order it through Carvin direct?

Thanks dude!

Unfortunately (or 'fortunately', now I have this!!) the 1077 fell through as my friend wasn't able to bring it home

This is far better though . It was a pic of a Carvin in another thread on here that got me gassing for this. I searched for one for ages!
