New Schecter Omen 7 Extreme! with pics!

i´ve already written alot about this babe on sevenstring.org, and i´m tired, so i´ll just fill you in on the specs :P

Quilted maple top
quilted-ish maple neck (not that extreme, but has a nice subtle kind of 3d reflection)
coil tap push/pull switch
arched top
string thru body TOM bridge

it´s a really comfy guitar, it looks STUNNING, and it´s really really RED :P it´s got a nice deep redness to it, and the quilted maple is almost 3d...
the pickups are much better than i thought, but will eventually be replaced by dimarzios... also, the guitar has some nice low end BALLS :P

so yeah... here are the pics... the thing on the tone knob is a cardboard thingy that says ´´coil tap´´, and the pics are taken with a cell phone :P







what do you all think?

i only have ONE complaint, and that is the truss rod cover only has one screw... and because of that you can wiggle it around... not that i really care at all, but someone else might :P

it´s a 25.5´´ scale.

holy ressurrection, guys! :P

and you could fit the new seymour duncan blackouts in there when they´re released... they´re coming in EMG size and ordinary DiMarzio size... they´re not out yet though...

however, if you´re getting EMGs for it, then nope, you´d have to route out the pickup cavity...

yeeeaaah! they´ll be out winter 07 or early 08! can´t wait to get some of these!
I didn´t knew there are pickups like that until I read this Dino interview on sevenstring.org yesterday.

Ok first of all the scale of the Omen Extreme 7 is not 25,5" it is 26.5
Tired of seeing misinformed bs

Second, the Extreme is that it's made of Mahogany while the Omen non-extreme is made of basswood.
