New toy for me!!!! 1077XL!

I just got my third Ibanez ....a sweet RG1077XL. I'll post pics on weekend, when I'm home with natural light. Pics usually look dark, but the sparkle in the RB color is awesome!!!

It has 9's tuned to D....I find them a little loose, because I'm used to 9's in E....any suggestions, considering the scale? maybe 10's in D or 9's in Eb??

I've been surprised to see a few on Ebay lately. Even bigger surprise is that the bidding seems to top out around $800. There have also bee a couple of 7421XLs (including one that I lost out on last night).

I use 9s on my 1077XL. They're 9s to 54s, and they're tuned to E. Thanks to the longer scale, the 9s will feel like 10s... But I quite like it like that... Try it out!!!
