Pickups Recommendations For RG7420

Hi everyone, i juz acquired an used RG7420BP (first 7-string guitar i own )
I dun really like the ibanez stock pickups, so i am thinking of installing some dimarzios blaze in them, are they good? Anyone got better recommendations ?

I donīt know much about the bridge pup but I have a Blaze (neck) in my 2027 and Iīve got to say itīs the best 7-string neck pickup available!!! Well... I donīt know if the Air Norton7 is available yet. The only neck pickup I put ahead Blaze is the Air Norton.
But Iīm pretty sure those pickups will work great! Itīs just what youīre looking for.

Dude ToneZone for the neck man, and Blaze for the Bridge. All the way.
Unless you like a more classic rock vibe then put a PAF in the bridge.

Pickups Recommendations For RG7420

hi dan ,i got it for SGD$450 used
The lo-trs7 feels the same as the lo-pro edge7 to me (probably becoz this guitar is pretty new), its a great axe overall (the pickups cant make it though but that will change when i put in some serious dimarzios in them
anyway, howz ur new axe ?

If I had to have a 7 with a trem, I would absolutly go with one that
has an Edge rather then a TRS.

If I had to have one that I was absolutly going to down tune, I would
go with one that had a 27" scale
