Looks great HoP, I was looking to do something similar to my RG1527CB but I didn't know how that white will look with the purple.

Great looking guitar.

Re: pictures of my 1527

ya, the idea for that scheme came from James Shaffers Guitar (munky) I know he used it during the first family values tour(I beleive) and during the times of the "big day out" in syndey austrailia (1999), he used that badd ass purple/blue guitar with all white hardware and the paw inlay.. very awesome looking guitar!

thats the only nice picture I could find of it.

Someone here tried it on their 1077XL, there's a few pics here but I seem to remember there were better pictures elsewhere on this site.

Re: pictures of my 1527

very nice dude! always liked the 1527 in that purplish blue.

btw, you guys gotta help me out. i'm thinkin of putting a little into my rg7321. right now it's stock. im thinking of putting on a white pickguard.a green blaze neck or blaze custom in the bridge slot. A white blaze or something else in the neck slot. and a green ibanez h-stock logo. like James'(munkys') in the clown video. What do you guys think?

Re: pictures of my 1527

first thing u need to do to a stock 7321 is swap out those pickups, they blow! on dimarzios site it says the latest guitars ibanez has made for KoRn have been equipted with Blaze 7 necks in the bridge possition. (takes away ur muddy sound especially when palm muting your low B or A)

but if ur using standard tuning, thats not as much of a problem, but if ur using standard A tuning like me (korns tuning) than u might have major problems with it, ur pickups might not cure it 100% tho unless u have a decent head.

btw, how would u go about getting a green h-stock logo?

Yes its a stock 7321 body, the binding is nothing more than a higher grade automotive pin stripping. Friend is a body work/paint guy its very durable, doesnt peel off, doesnt pull back, and most importantly it looks KILLER if I must say so myself. Took a long time to get it all straight. My eyes were going cross eyed staring so hard..

After my surgery I am going to build a custom Ibanez 7 string and its going to look just like this one but of course with higher end body, neck, pickups, etc... I really like the look of my 7321 now I can only imagine if it was done correctly.

Re: pictures of my 1527

if you wanted to would it be easy for you to get it off? were would I get something like that? could u pick something like that up at a place like autozone or anything?

I REALLY want to do that to my 1527!

Also, did u take your neck off to do that? is it wrapped around right inside of where your neck is too? or did u just cut it off right there?

Re: pictures of my 1527

I have a very nice hobby knife that is extremely thin so I cut it off with the neck on.

You can get pinstripping from just about any auto store.

As for taking it off I have no intentions on doing it, so I dont know, its essentially a sticker an im sure all stickers could be taken off..

I love the look, it was cheap and made it look 9000x better
