Aha, nice detective work. How'd ya find it? I really liked the finish except for the quilt element. Quilts and Flames are so common these days. *That's one reason I like the VV and AV finishes on the 2027 and 2020.

I don't know much about GMW, maybe their customer service is top notch or they only do biz with rock stars...

I was browsing around their web site, check out custom graphic #175. *They want $2200 for a donnie hunt paint job (price doesn't include paint). *

Item #196 Steve VIA (that's how they spelled it, not me) ultra zone paint job. *This one is at least original, still not worth $2000 plus the cost of paint.

Oh yeah, *IMO the web site looks like it was done by a 12 year old

Actually, their work is awesome. They did the headstock on my custom neck from Harper and it came out light years better than I thought it would. High quality, just a bit of a wait if ya have em do work for ya.

Amazing detail. *I also like their Bloom County and Scooby Doo guitars, but they need a better arrangement a la the Seuss.

This job for the replacement body for this AXIS guitar to make looks like an EVH guitar also was done by GMWGuitars, they even have a Van Halen signature decals that was put on the headstock from this guitar.
This is a re-list auction, on the previous auction the seller also put the pics from the headstock which showing the Van Halen signature.

The ONLY difference after the job has been done is only the neck plate from the guitar.

GMW Guitars have almost/can make every decals from other guitar manufactures.

Anyone know the model of the JEM with the UZ finish? *I wouldn't custom finish a JEM, no matter what. *That's just me. *I wouldn't mind gettin' my Strat done, although a finish that's at least 4X the price of the guitar seems a little silly to me. lol :P
