Rg2027 Piezo sounds - Check this out

I recorded a familiar melodic acoustic geetar solo using the piezo of my Rg2027. The file is about 400k in size. The thing is I hooked the guitar directly into the comp using a 1/4 to 1/8 adapter and it sounded bloody great in my opinion. There's no editing involved, no effects etc. Tell me watcha think.

Rg2027 Piezo sounds

WOW! *That's just the 2020 out from the piezo output jack? *Holy ****E! *That sounds really sweet. *I've been thinking about the 2020 for about a year now, now it is something to REALLY think about.

Just curious to know if anyone else is using them, and if so, what are you running the piezo through (amps/fx.)

Good job Hermit!

Rg2027 Piezo sounds

Hey guys I have a 2027x, and a 2020x...
both kick major booty. (well after you put dimarzios in)
Ive run them through numerous Marshalls. Tried a couple fenders, and peavy tube amps. The best belive it or not is a Dual rectifier. (although ther Marshall's were really freaking close for the clean sound) Ive used Whammy's Wah's Phaser's Chourus (really sweet) and even flangers with it. Sometimes I like to run the Piezo through distortion its a totally unique sound. Anyway the deal is I cant make this thing sound bad if i tried. It has this weird reaction to your movement every thing you try with the pick is picked up by the piezo. Pick squells come out nice and clear. It will make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside...... hahaahahaa

ok back to playing my kick but guitars

WHoa!!!! That sounded GRRREAAT!!! I didn´t know the piezo sounds that original. Just like an acoustic guitar!!! I have to study my 2027 better. I haven´t played it much because of the horrible pups. But know ToneZone7 and Blaze are about to arrive. Can´t wait!!!

Rg2027 Piezo sounds

Thankyew for the kind words.

James, I use the piezo alot, since the 2027 is my main guitar ( I only have 2, I don't like collections ). Yea I can record s'more samples. Got anything in particular you want, like songs or licks or anything?

Kirk, thanks, yea, just the 2027 ( 7 string model ) into the soundcard. I was surprised too! Sounds really authentic.

OoDee, ei vieläkään o mikkejä? Ääks.. Muute Blaze kuulostaa vitusti kylmemmältä tai siis yläpäätä enemmän ku siinä entisessä kaulamikissä, ei kannata järkyttyä, erottelee vaa paremmin ja silleen.

Sounds kinda cool though.. Good ideas and niec usage of technique.

Nice drums aswell, from some I cannot exactly tell if they're real or samples with these ****ty speakers but they sound cool!

which one of them is supposed to sound like an acoustic?

They all sound like regular electrics through a compressor.
