Re: RG7620

Yeah, I *think* there's a left-handed RG1527.

EDIT: Actually, I think I'm wrong. Sorry.

Re: RG7620

That wouldn't work without a lot of filling and drilling due to the AANJ.

Yeah.

It would be possible though. It would just take a little work. If it was the older original access neck joint, there wouldn't be any trouble. But this will reguire sanding and re-shaping the neck joint as you said.

It might be easier just to get a custom neck made. Obviously it will be more expensive, but a hell of a lot easier in the long run. And it will probably look alot better too.

Re: RG7620

No.
Ibanez have never made a production 7 string neck with a reverse headstock.

For the trouble of converting the heel of a lefty one you'd be better off getting one made for you.

Ibanez made the RG7420 as a lefty back in 1999 or 2000. You can only put on a righty neck if the neck has the old type heel.

He does great work and has a lot of good rep here. I wouldn't suggest Legacy one, that dude is just starting out and is still learning.

Too many bad stories start with that name. Do a search on almost any musician/guitar forum and you'll see the bad stories pile up.
