Re: RG7620, bored with its looks. Post your modded pics.

After looking at all of these 7's, I am gonna buy one.
Now I regret getting rid of my 7620.

Update time! Slight change of plans once again, this time creating two guitars from this one. The swirled body will eventually meet a maple pyramid reverse headstock neck made by Jaden Rose, while the RG7620 neck will meet a Jem style body, by Jaden as well. So the Jem style 7string will be finished root beer style and get some zebra Dimarzios!
For now this is how it looks (Blaze Custom bridge and Blaze neck):

Sorry for the washed out crapy cell phone pic....

That was one of my first swirls! Not bad, but i get much better results currently. That one is from 2005, and is cleared with Nitro Laquer. Nice job!! The pups look great.

Nice to know who did this!! I got it from the bay in August IIRC, it has a few runs, but I really like the choice of colors you made. The pink has some pearl in it. What is it? Nail polish? Also the clearcoat needed some buffing on the bottom, where it seems you put it on a towel or something before it was dry... Also I like the back more which has more pink in it...

I am in the middle of modding my 7620, i filled in the neck pickup route with a piece of mahogany, then put maple burl on the top, matched the headstock, and then used a green analin dye.
