not even sure id sell it.. long story short someone is offering me a lot of $$ for it and the fact that i am getting one of Rusty's Deans in a few months just has me all messed up inside... what to do what to do

Although i'm not sure why Rusty sells his good guitars (that one & his Conklin 9).

Anyways, his Dean Signature is pretty much the best guitar ever made for shred so he may sell you all his other guitars!

I'd love to, but if someone's offering the guy stupid money for it it's probably out of my budget, and I go for bluesier tones than Cooley, so the EMG's wouldn't work so well... :/
