S 7 string withOUt Lo-TRS II ever released?

I really want a quality Saber 7 string and I the only ones I seen are Korean or the Lo-TRS II everyone been ripping out about.

Seriously, what really are the difference between Lo-TRS II and Edge/Lo-Pro Edge?
Just that it goes out of tune all the time?
