How F-ing much is that? I want. Also, is it a 25.5" scale or more?

Re: Schecter 7 strings

Id take the Omen 7 because its cheaper and still has the 26.5" scale. I've always wanted a 7 string, maybe I should build one. Schecter kick ass. Best guitars I've ever seen that constantly use the Tune-O-Matic string through bridge. I LOVE it.

Re: Schecter 7 strings

As far as non-trem 7's go? For the money, they're tough to beat. I'm seriously gassing for a C7 Hellraiser in Black Cherry. My buddy's I got to jam out on was a seriously good sounding, good playing instrument, and I generally don't even go for mahogany.

Re: Schecter 7 strings

right now i have the washburn wg-587 and i am looking to upgrade to this masterpiece. for $400 bucks, i consider it a steal w/ the EMGs and the bat inlays, plus the extended scale. the satin black finish is just the icing man. i'm gonna get it soon i hope...when i get the money. i wish it had the flyod rose on it, but i think i can handle not having it....

Schecter USA stuff is top-notch. I haven't played much of the Diamond Series stuff but have heard good things about them.

Re: Schecter 7 strings

Although im an Ibanez player, Schecter has been making some gorgeous 7s lately. I really like the Hellraiser though i've never played one, I played a 007 Elite and I liked it. I like the inlays on those ^.

Jeff Loomis from Nevermore uses these

Can't be bad, they're not huge money either considering the specs!!

Re: Schecter 7 strings

How are the backs of the schecter necks? do they have paint all over them? i really can't stand playing guitars like that and prefer only a very light finish or just bare wood. those 7 string schecters sure look nice from the front side though.
