On any other part of the forum, I'd agree with you.

But this is the 7 string section. It only gets about 1 post a week in it. And that's if I'm lucky

The more new threads in here, the better.

I have a modded RG7620 but it's not worth posting. Imagine a beat up black one with a D-Sonic 7 in the bridge and a Liquifire in the neck. And no volume knob. Just a whole where it used to be.

Doing my part for this forum. Here ya go, my modded RG 7620. I paid $200 for it at a pawn shop and the paint job was free. the clear coat was $250, and took 16 coats. Over all, thats pretty cheap.

Here's my modest contribution to this thread, my good old workhorse:






Used to be "Vampire Kiss" color, but I ate some garlic and that kiss never happened... So I sanded that color down to forget the deception and restained and varnished the basswood hidden underneath. Then a couple of my favourite musicians graced the guitar with their signatures
I also added a test pickguard, all crooked and out of shape, but very thick (3/8")... That was longtime ago (almost 10 years), but I never had time to do another version of it Maybe this winter I will...
