Small mod questions

I wanna basically setup my 7620 like Ryan has his blue 7620 setup, with the volume in the tone position and a mini switch in the old volume position. I don't know what Ryan uses but I want to use an on/on/on switch which I'm guessing means the position it is in is the one thats on and the other two are off, can anyone confirm this? Also can someone confirm that it can be setup neck hum/both/bridge hum? I hope to do this so I can mute the guitar with the flick of a switch when in the bridge and neck positions and so I can have a single coil active in the bridge when in I think the 2nd position. *

Small mod questions

Noodles,

I'm using a 2 throw switch -- on/on, I guess.

However, I simply connected the wires which originally went to the tone pot to the switch on one side, and left the other side open. *When the open side is selected, you have sound. *When the other side is selected, it shorts out the whole guitar and kills all signal.

When I wired it up at first, I cut wire to the output jack and spliced the switch in between. *However, in this configuration I got a little bit of bleed-thru when it was supposed to be turned off.

As for selecting pickups, I'm still using the stock 5-way. *I'm not sure about how you'd wire the three-way toggle to select pickups.
