Stephen Carpenter/Deftones fans
ESP apparently have a cheaper 7-string model out, as well as a nice Green 7 in the regular expensive range

Re: Stephen Carpenter/Deftones fans
they have a nice range of steph. carpenter sigs, yeah... 27 inch scale baritone 7 strings and such... they have them in both ESP´s and LTD versions, LTD being the ´´epiphone´´ or ´´squier´´ of ESP... not really worse, but it doesen´t have the ESP brand name, and it might be produced cheaper... not meaning it´s not as good though, just cheaper :P
if you read the specs from the esp´s and the ltd´s, they spec up the same, pickups and all... so unless the name ´´ltd´´ bothers you, they´re great!
boy, that was a needless amount of words...

Cool, I really like that model
because it's based on the Horizon.

Re: Stephen Carpenter/Deftones fans
Sexy guitar you have there, even looks good in b+w!
Shame they've stopped doing those 6es now. Not that I like the cluttered pickup layout. Looks like it'd get in the way of some serious rocking out. For myself anyway.

It's such a surprisingly minor difference between the models, yeah. If you look at ESP/LTD signature models there's barely more difference than the machineheads used. I'm really annoyed I've only ever tried 2 ESPs/LTDs in my life, they look like they'd be so nice to play.

i´ve only played a couple myself too, a cheap one that a friend of mine has, and the james hetfield truckster one (LTD version)...
and the only difference between the ESP and LTD Truckster is that the ltd has a more ´´fake´´ paintjob...
