trem posts won't go further down!

the action on my 7620 was quite high so i decided to lower it quite a bit, but the tremposts won't budge when i try to lower them! wtf?

Are they locked? Stick a 2 mm in the the post and check and see.

It's a lo-pro, do they have locking-studs? It moves easily upwards, though...
