TRS trouble

When I try to get the intonation right on my RG7420, I have to move the saddle back so far that the screw won't hold it right. If you pull up on the string, the saddle will pop up. Also, if you pull down on the trem, when you pull back up you'll hear the saddle pop into place. When I checked it, I tried to force it under the screw while holding it in place, that kinda worked, but then all the problems came back. The screw had worn away the very end part of the saddle (which was the only place it was grabbing). I switched that saddle with one of the other saddles, but now it's happening again... anyone else have similar problems or a solution?

Do you have that saddle screw in the rear hole?

Then either reduce the guage of your B or leave it far enough out of intonation that it's firmly held by the screw.
