Tunned E-A-D-G-B-E-E

I got a bit bored tonight and decided to try something different, so tried tunning my 1527 the other way, I.e. rather than have a low B, I used a .8 to get a high A, which later snapped lol.

So after than I stuck another E string on, and tuned it in unison, and after a while of getting used to it, I'm starting to like it.

it really adds a bit of sparkly top end to chords and that.

doubt I'll keep it that way for long, but it was interesting to try

Isn't that the tuning the guy from Limp Bizkit uses? You must get the hugest open E chord with that

Wes mentioned those tuning in the 7th Heaven video, but also said that the tuning with the low E in the bottom didn't work .

i really like the idea of a high A but i guess no string gauges would hold that!
