UPDATE- Custom from ER

Well, after lots of adjusting, setting up, and ditching the crappy coil tap switch, i'm very pleased with my new guitar. It took me awhile, but i finally realized that instead of the bridge being out of line, it was actually the neck wasn't installed straight. I easily fixed that by putting a shim on one side of the neck. Strait as an arrow now. As for the crappy sound, i narrowed it down to a faulty volume pot. Before, the SD JB and Jazz i had installed had no balls whatsoever, and if i turned the volume knob any lower than 10 all the high end would disappear. I replaced it today with a quality pot with no coil tap and it sounds awesome! I'll post pics soon for all you guys waiting to get a look at it.

I must have missed the last thread, but that sounds like an awful ot of work to be done to a "custom" built guitar, which I am sure you paid a lot for.

Could you direct me to the original discussion?

All over Roman's site he talks about Seymour Duncan pickups being so cool and dimarzios sucking. I'll say i do like Seymour Duncan, but no more than Dimarzio.

Yeah man, post pics. I wanna see the guitar.
