Wizard I and Wizard II

Ok what's the difference between the Wizard I neck (like on the RG 7621) and a Wizard II neck (like on the RG 7321) ?

Reason I'm asking is because there is an RG7421 with 7621 neck on **** for real cheap price. If the neck feels very similar to the 7321 (which I've played and really liked) then I'm probably going to get the 7421/7621

i believe a wizard has a slightly smaller feel to it
