You can clearly see that the RG1077XL has binding around the body, neck, and headstock in this pic.

Ya so whats up with these XL's? They out RIGHT now or is it gonna take a few weeks/months to stock up in places? Or maybe I should order one or something. My friend just bought a cheapie AX 6-string and it came in a box and I was like "WHOA! BOX!" So maybe ill order one just for the box...

After hearing about all these guitars like the 2027 and the 7620 getting discounted I'm wondering if I should buy like 3 RG7421XL's before they get discounted like any other Ibanez guitar that is worth producing. (I'm sure some consider the 4XX's to be crap but it is the only fixed bridge baritone coming out...and anyway I have a regular 7421 and I love it. Sounds great. needs new pickups badly...)

i need to go to bed...

I like the fixed bridge baritone better too, I think Floyds are crap, except if you block them.

Madwell, the new guitars will be out somtime in March.

When you change the pickups in your 7421 be carefull on what you choose. Somthing too hot wound will losse all the bottom end of it. Blaze's will work all right or somthing similar. At least thats what i found on mine.

The fixed-bridge baritone that is available in Germany, is a bit different than the one that is available in the US

http://www.musik-produktiv.de/shop/s...;quelle=listen

It's a 7621 instead of a 7421

thanks. i think the fixed-bridge baritone looks cool, and it has a matching headstock too. sometimes i wonder what is wrong with Hoshino USA.

What a beautiful guitar!I just wish it had a mahogany body cause then it would an easy choice over the k-7. Just gives me something to think about while I'm saving up the cash.
