7vwh,new spray or touch up?

My guitar is suffering from a few paint chips and Im wondering what to do,do I get the paint touched up or go for something different?I love the vsbl so was thinking about getting a similar blue finish and replacing the hardware(I think gold on blue would look chibanez).Also what would a different colour do to the resale value if I wanted to move it on in the future?I sold a dbk a few years back on the bay and couldnt believe the grief I got from people because I'd changed the breeds to evos.

I would think that a VWH repainted to a VSBL would reduce the price of the guitar to an RG770 level.

My advice would be to start saving for a VSBL.

Leave it.. ding it up some more, replace the volume knob with a cosmo dome knob, add some masking tape to the neck pickup and scribble the words KONX and EVO on it.

Just sell it to fund a VSBL purchase

People tend to be pretty anal when things aren't stock. Changing the colour on the finish rarely ever increases the value and will most likely cause the value to drop.

Good point fellas.I do quite like the EVO idea though.
