a little problem with edge II


hi all since I bought my guitar I notice a litlle problem, when I pull up the trem, the edge doesnīt return to the neutral point the guitar tune get a bit higer mostly in the lower strings and if I do the opossit whit the bar the strings get lower and moslty in the lower strings 5 y 6 I alredy did all the tech setup and chec the edge angle, but how can I fix this, there is not a lot of detune but the fact that the guitar dosnīt stay tune butter me

A couple of things to try. Check the nut to make sure it is screwed down tight and not moving. Get a touch of oil onto the studs where the knife edges contact. I have seen tubes of lightweight oil with a needle-like applicator nozzle(think they are for sewing machine oil). Check the spring cavity to make sure the springs are not rubbing on wood anywhere. Inspect the knife edges to see if they have any burrs or defects. Stertch out new strings by playing and bending foe several minutes before you lock the nut. Hope this helps.
