Action on my ibanez
Hello
I own an Ibanez 370dx and the action over the 12 fret is 4.5mm
is this normal I cant go any lower or I'll get buzz on the lower frets
what is the normal action height people around jemsite use

4.5mm?!
You should be able to get it WAY lower than that without buzzing. Sounds like you've got too much backbow in your neck. Try loosening the
truss rod
slightly then use the trem posts to lower the bridge.

loosening truss rod is clockwise or anti clockwise
should I loosen it a quarter turn and check or what??
what height should I be going for

Anti-clockwise. Definitely go a quarter turn at a time.
They say the perfect action is 1.5mm so head for 2.0mm and work from there

high e is at 2 mm
low e is at 2.5 mm
there is slight buzzing when hit hard on the lower frets
I think I am happy with that

No problem. Just try adjust the truss slightly more and see what you can get out of it. You'll need some patience but it's worth it in the end

he's right, keep trying 1/8 or 1/16 turns, eventually you will hit the sweet spot and believe me... youll know when you do
