action on my rg570

I have an rg570 that I just changed the trem angle. It was to low so i raised it. Now the action is too high. When I try turning the posts they don't move. Maybe I'm not applying enough strength, but I don't want to break anything. Do the things inside the posts need to be trned at all? I read the tutorial on jemsite, but I can't even feel if I'm turning the things in the posts... When the trem angle was lower the action was as low as it could go.. not sure what that means. Well let me know. Thanks

Unscrew the studs a 1/4 turn, then raise the set screws inside. Lower away. Retighten!

ok i got it to loosen.. i lowered my action as low as it could go which i would say to be about low/medium height and then when i went to tighten the set screw again it doesnt move either way.. should i just leave it?

You lowered it down and locked the set screws while doing it. Repeat above
