another fret buzz problem

hi everyone, i just changed the strings on my rg2570 and after a week i notice the first 2 strings are buzzing from E string=1st-11th fret, A string 1st-6th.
just wondering which way i should turn the truss to make the nut higher? im guessing the neck area on the low e/1st fret corner is starting to twist downwards hence making the notes on the E and A buzz.

i checked the relief and its about 0.5mm above the 7th fret so i dont think i need any more or less relief, i just want to make the nut area higher (if its possible)

any help would be appreciated

btw how much should i turn it say starting at 12 o clock

Get some half shims or cut a full shim in half (usually brass or stainless)...I think they sell em in .1, .2 and .3 mm thicknesses. Try the .1 half shim on your low E side to bring up the nut a bit.
